Integration Overview

QCommission is able to operate completely standalone. All necessary data can be directly entered into QCommission and commission statements can be produced. But many customers use other systems to hold their payee, sales and operational data. QCommission directly integrates with many such applications.

QCommission also has the ability to integrate with data sources such as Excel, CSV, Delimited files, Fixed length files, Access, ODBC and other data sources. It is able to do this by using a data interchange layer called QXchange (www.qxchange.com), with tremendous flexibility.

QuickBooks®  

QuickBooks® is the most common accounting system used worldwide. Much of the commissionable data such as invoices are typically held in this system. QCommission integrates with QuickBooks® using an Intuit® supplied Software Development Kit (SDK). This allows the ability to support multiple versions of QuickBooks® without any change in QCommission.

Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com is an on demand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. QCommission integrates with the Salesforce.com CRM system. Commission results from QCommission can be exported to Salesforce.com so that salespeople can see their sales commission information as part of their regular customer relationship process. This will allow adoption of the CRM solution through the company.

QCommission uses Salesforce.com’s Application Programming Interface (API) to create reliable data integration with Salesforce.com. Salespeople will be able to see their commission data and a clear commission statement.
