1. How can I secure my data files in QCommission?
The sales commission data are well secured in QCommission. You may perform the backup process on demand by selecting the Backup option from the File menu. It also performs an automatic backup while executing the Period End process and Year-End process.
2. How can I restore my backup data?
You can restore your backup data by the following steps:
- Choose the Restore menu item from the File menu
- You may select either the radio button titled "Default Restore" or "Custom Restore" to locate your file.
- If the radio button "Default Restore" is selected, the backed up file is restored to the original location.
- Choose the radio button "Custom Restore" to customize your storage path. Click the Browse button to choose your location.
- Select the desired backed up folder from the pull-down list, which you want to restore.
- Click OK button to save the process.
