Venda Ltd is a United Kingdom based firm providing highly sophisticated turnkey e-commerce solutions at a price affordable by companies regardless of size. With exponential growth over the past few years Venda now has offices in London, New York and Bangkok and serves clients such as Panasonic, Virgin Megastore, British Telecom and Xerox among others.
Dan Mitchell, CFO of Venda Ltd, had been looking for a piece of software that would integrate with Venda’s accounting software to calculate commission on a monthly basis.
Dan had this to say
“Although we only employ a small sales team there is an extremely complicated pyramid commission structure, with commission rates varying with contract length. We were searching for a solution that could pull data directly from our accounting software, calculate commission based upon a number of different rules, and return results able to be imported into our payroll system. Dan admitted that the process started slowly;
“The first few periods were difficult for us as we strove to iron out the bugs in the system and the differences between US and UK date formats. Now that these issues are resolved I’m confident that QCommission will cut payroll calculation costs, save hours of time, and reduce calculation errors”
“Support has been fantastic throughout the project. Whenever we have had a problem our project manager has helped, either by webimnar or by phone. We are eagerly awaiting our first product upgrade, which I’m sure will provide many new features and functionality”
