The commission plan of Nucentric was complex having to calculate differently for 3 different product Account types.

Currently they were using software to calculate commission that would address their current needs until they realized of the new comp plan that had Quarterly Bonus. The $299 software was unable to handle this need. There was one product where they want to pay commission for the first 6 Invoices but not on subsequent invoices and chosen software could not do this either.

After doing some research Jon Allred, president of the company found that software for $299 that can handle their current needs but the software could not calculate Quarterly Bonus and after 6 months of frustration he selected QCommission. He thought QCommission would handle all of his requirements with lot of flexibility.

The CellarStone implementation team worked with Jon and configured the plans for all the 3 product categories with a reasonable amount of time. We pay commissions on Hardware/Software, Professional Service and Sentinal products and all of them are calculated differently on Paid Invoices, Jon said. We compared the results with our current software and it calculates 100% accurate. The current software was picking up Invoices that it’s not suppose to calculate and we were paying commissions incorrectly all these days.

The new commission’s calculations are accurate and provide a very clear statement for the sales rep use. The statement and calculation results are available in a timely manner.
